Fleet hardware collected, wiped, and certified
Refresh logistics for corporate IT departments. Our crew packs and loads at your dock, the bench sanitizes to NIST SP 800-88 Rev. 2, and the lot returns as a serialized custody manifest.
Dock intake, sorting, and asset cataloging
Everything that arrives from a corporate refresh is barcoded against its serial number, triaged by condition, stripped of asset tags, and moved into locked staging before any bench work starts. The manifest you signed at the dock is what the receiving scan is checked against.
Liftgate-equipped commercial fleet vehicles
Rolling security bins come into the building with our own logistics officers, who pack, seal, and load the lot. Lots of 10 to 500 or more assets move in one visit, with your IT staff free to keep working through it.
What we collect
Workstations and desktops
Desktop towers, small form factor PCs, mini-PCs, and all-in-one workstations from the Dell OptiPlex, HP EliteDesk, and Lenovo ThinkCentre lines.
Enterprise laptops and MacBooks
Fleet lots of Latitudes, ThinkPads, ProBooks, and MacBooks, with the internal NVMe and SATA drives sanitized in place.
LCD and LED monitors
Commercial flat panels collected alongside the PC lot, then tested for refurbishment or routed to metal and glass extraction.
Have a refresh sitting in a storage room?
Tell dispatch the count, the building, and the dock hours. Collection runs on the weekly route sweeps, and qualifying lots of 10 or more assets come back certified with no invoice.
