Moves, troubleshooting, and support from one dispatch desk
Office and rack relocations, on-site troubleshooting, hardware refresh and deployment, and standing support for organizations that would rather call a regional crew than a ticket queue three states away.
One crew for the whole lifecycle
Retirement is where we started and it is still the main line of work. Moves and support grew out of it: clients who handed us their old servers asked who would move the new ones, fix the printer that stopped after the move, and stage the replacement laptops.
Every move and refresh produces a serialized list of what went where and what came out. Hardware that leaves service is sanitized on the Jonesboro bench and returned as a Certificate of Data Sanitization you can verify online.
What we handle
Equipment moves and relocations
Desk-to-desk, floor-to-floor, and building-to-building moves of workstations, printers, racks, and network gear, labeled before unplugging and tested after reconnecting.
- Rack and server relocations with a rack map
- Workstation and printer moves with per-desk labels
- Reconnect, test, and sign-off at the new location
Troubleshooting and break-fix
On-site and remote troubleshooting for workstations, printers, wireless, switches, and the small business servers that still run the office.
- Scheduled site visits and call-out
- Network, wireless, and printing problems
- Hardware swaps from stocked spares
Refresh and deployment
Staging, imaging, and delivery of replacement workstations and laptops, data migration at the desk, and retirement of the outgoing units.
- Staging and imaging before delivery
- Data migration and desk-side handover
- Outgoing units sanitized and certified
Ongoing managed support
A standing arrangement for organizations that want a regional crew on call, with an inventory that stays current instead of drifting.
- Scheduled maintenance visits
- Current hardware inventory by serial
- Refresh planning with certificates at the end
